Participation to the Gala Dinner (on the 19th of May): 40 € incl. VAT

3rd AnimalChange Annual Meeting (22&23/05) is reserved to members of the AnimalChange Consortium.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION MODALITIES

Step 1: registration
Sign up Instructions:
• All first-time users will have to register to the conference prior to submitting an abstract
• Click on the “Register” link above to do so
• Then complete the online registration form
• Upon registration completion, an e-mail will be sent to acknowledge registration with a web confirmation form with necessary payment instructions. The e-mail will contain a Registration Number to be used for abstract submission.
• Only then, participants wishing to submit an abstract will be able to do so.

Step 2: submission

All abstracts must be submitted in English only electronically using the on-line form available on the Abstract Submission page (see above). Please complete the requisite fields in the on-line form by following the step-by-step instructions on the template. The Registration Number received with the registration confirmation e-mail will be required.

It is important that a valid and current e-mail address for the presenting and contact authors be entered during the abstract submission process and that e-mails from conf-accelerator@webistem.com are not considered as spam by the e-mail provider associated with this e-mail address.

If your registration and submission do not transmit properly, please review the page to be sure that you have filled in all of the required fields on the form.

Please submit the abstract only once and wait for the e-mail confirming your submission. If such advice is not received, the corresponding author should contact alice@plumesciences.fr to ensure that it has not gone astray.

Deadline for abstract submission should be strictly followed.

Because major revisions may affect a symposium organizer’s decision to accept your abstract, please review it carefully before submission. In the unusual circumstance of having to revise your original abstract, the online submission center enables authors to revise their abstracts up to and including the submission deadline of March 15th.

To promote participation of a wide range of presenters, individuals are limited to 1 abstract being submitted that indicates they have a presenting role. Under particular circumstances a second poster slot may be offered, but the justified request must be sent by e-mail to irina.carpusca@paris.inra.fr before the 21st of February 2014.
